We can set everything up, attend to your guests, bus the tables and at the end of the night, we'll pack up our rentals and take them with us. Nice!

 

Centerpiece Delivery & Set-up

Centerpiece Delivery and Set-up

BWR can deliver and set-up your centerpieces. We have a florist that can fill your centerpiece vessels with luscious flowers that are works of art. Use our service staff to help with your buffet and attend to your guests during the reception. After everything is over, we'll pack up our rentals and take them with us. No return trip fee. Nice!

We can provide a decorating service that will assemble beautiful wedding scenes using a combination of our props. You can also use OUR props and add in YOUR props to create a scene that is beautiful, full and saves you money.

Bundle our rentals and services to produce the best results. Here's why:

When we deliver, set up and take down, we know where things are located and if the rentals been moved throughout the day. Consider having our service person help decorate, help with food service, and tend to your guests. Towards the end of the night when take down occurs, there is less confusion as to where the rentals are located. The result is a quicker take down, less chance of damage to rentals and fewer misplaced rentals that may result in a replacement charge. Additionally, there is no return trip fee, since our service person is already on site. Our clients tell us that the benefits of bundling our rentals and services was something that really worked out well.
